JPK has been operating in the Virgin Islands for 18 years. We have had the pleasure of delivering completed homes and commercial projects to happy clients. JPK has built over 20 villas for clients as well as for sale. JPK is the premier builder on Lovango Cay, a 100% green island. Lovango makes it own electricity and is home to the 3 largest private docks in the Virgin Islands.

COMMERCIAL

JPK is licensed and fully insured to do business in the US Virgin Islands as a general contractor. JPK has extensive experience in new construction of high-end custom homes, commercial projects as well as renovations of offices, condos, and existing homes. We are currently working on several high end construction projects in the US Virgin Islands including ICMC Building, Margaritaville, and Scotia Bank.
